Screenwave Media is looking for a highly-organized individual to join our Operations team. The Business Operations Coordinator position will support our team with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth function of our business.

Screenwave Media is looking for a highly-organized individual to join our Operations team. The Business Operations Coordinator position will support our team with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth function of our business.
Office Support:
- Support in onboarding new partners, including sending contracts and setting up accounts
- Communicate with team members about payment related customer service
- Work with Operations team to coordinate channel and contractor payments
- Take inventory and order supplies
- Collect and distribute mail and packages
- Coordinate with team members for building and vehicle maintenance
HR Support:
- Support with training staff and documentation
- Support in contractor and employee onboarding
Data Support:
- Prepare royalties documentation
- Prepare statements and other necessary documents
- Organize and analyze data for management
- Prepare yearly tax documents for contractors
- File and organize Company documents
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills online and in person
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Self management and organization
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of the YouTube platform
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
- Ability to travel to offices in Bucks County, PA daily
