Business Operations Coordinator

Full Time, Greater Philadelphia Area

Screenwave Media is looking for a highly-organized individual to join our Operations team. The Business Operations Coordinator position will support our team with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth function of our business.

Office Support:
  • Support in onboarding new partners, including sending contracts and setting up accounts
  • Communicate with team members about payment related customer service
  • Work with Operations team to coordinate channel and contractor payments
  • Take inventory and order supplies
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages
  • Coordinate with team members for building and vehicle maintenance


HR Support:
  • Support with training staff and documentation
  • Support in contractor and employee onboarding


Data Support:
  • Prepare royalties documentation
  • Prepare statements and other necessary documents
  • Organize and analyze data for management
  • Prepare yearly tax documents for contractors
  • File and organize Company documents


Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills online and in person
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Self management and organization
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of the YouTube platform
  • Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
  • Ability to travel to offices in Bucks County, PA daily
