Content Marketing Production Manager (US, CA, UK, AUS/NZ, Nordics)

The Content Marketing Production Manager will be responsible for the production, organization, and dissemination of music marketing content for Qobuz’ USA and English-speaking territories' office. Content will be focused on videos (artist interviews, event and performance footage, staff picks, product demos, and new feature highlights) and visual assets for social media, acquisition, and various partnerships. The role will be responsible for creating new, enhanced marketing content to amplify engagement and awareness among Qobuz’ English-speaking audiences across the US, Canada, UK, AUS/NZ, and Nordic countries.

This is a full-time role, based in NYC, and reports to the Director of Marketing & Acquisition (US, CA, UK, AUS/NZ, Nordics). This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote working.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all elements of video production from start to finish: shooting, assembling and editing raw footage, post-production including color grading, sound effects, graphics, etc.
  • Schedule, organize, and produce video shoots regularly, highlighting artists, music, and Qobuz in collaboration with Qobuz colleagues, artists, and a range of industry partners across the music and audio/hi-fi industries
  • Create visual assets as needed for social media and acquisition campaigns, as well as marketing partnerships with music and hi-fi partners
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing & Acquisition to create and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy for Qobuz’ English-speaking territories
  • Ideate, propose, and execute new content marketing ideas to ensure consistent rotation of new and varied assets across social media and acquisition campaigns
  • Work closely with Qobuz’ global social media and acquisition teams (based in France) to strategize, ideate, and optimize assets for each team’s objectives
  • Communicate daily with Partner Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and deliver assets to music, event, and audio/hi-fi partners
  • Communicate weekly with Qobuz’ global marketing teams to coordinate timelines and objectives, and to ensure brand guidelines and best practices are incorporated into content creation, and updated continuously
  • Capture performance footage and artist interviews at Qobuz-sponsored events and festivals in NYC and potentially events across the US, UK, or other relevant countries
  • Stay up to date with best practices to incorporate into strategy and assets

Qualified candidates will have:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in production and content creation with a music marketing background being a strong bonus
  • A portfolio of relevant work showcasing your skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, etc.
  • Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
  • Proficiency with organizational and planning tools such as Asana, MS Suite, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Knowledge and/or interest in music and audio
  • Experience in fast-paced, international, collaborative work environments
  • Comfortable working with various teams across different time zones and cultures
  • Willingness to travel and participate at in-person events
