The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our artists’ digital presence and cultivate meaningful creator partnerships. As the digital voice of FADER Label, you’ll develop innovative strategies that connect our diverse roster with audiences across platforms, turning listeners into passionate fans. Reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and General Manager.


What You’ll Do
 
  • Digital Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute innovative social media and digital marketing plans across all FADER Label releases and select FADER Management and FADER Media initiatives
    • Collaborate with artist managers and creative teams to develop strategies that grow fan bases and deliver measurable commercial results
    • Manage the label’s social content calendar, ensuring alignment with release campaigns and marketing priorities
    • Oversee third-party social consultancies and influencer agencies to expand reach, drive engagement, and optimize creator marketing campaigns.

  • Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
    • Grow FADER Management’s Influencer arm through strategic relationship building
    • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with diverse creators, tastemakers, and digital personalities
    • Serve as primary point of contact for influencer collaborations, ensuring seamless execution
    • Leverage creator content to amplify album launches, tours, merchandise drops, and brand partnerships
    • Stay ahead of platform trends, viral opportunities, and cultural movements relevant to our artists

 

  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Create comprehensive campaign reports using relevant analytics platforms
    • Communicate performance insights to key stakeholders
    • Assess emerging technologies and partnership opportunities to expand artist reach
    • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights

What You Bring
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management
  • Proven record of successful influencer campaigns, particularly for music releases or cultural moments
  • Strong network of creators, managers, and influencer agencies
  • Proficiency with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter) and their exclusive features
  • Experience with community platforms (Discord, Reddit) and email marketing
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information
  • Bonus: Existing relationships with influencers or your own roster to bring on board
