Digital Marketing Intern

+1 Records is a modern record label that prides itself on being a true partner to our artists. We specialize in artist development with a track record of taking artists like Tiana Major9, CARRTOONS, Bayli, Telescreens and more to the next level. +1 Records is looking for a new Digital Marketing intern! This is a remote position, working 3 days a week for academic credit.

As a member of the +1 Records family, you will be joining a small team of creatives that work hard and like to have fun. We have a laid-back vibe and a flexible work environment. We all do what we do because we love music and we’re passionate about helping artists achieve their creative vision.

Internship Details:
- 3 Days Per Week
- Hours: 10am to 6pm
- Duration: January - April
- Compensation: Academic Credit
- Remote (with potential in-person opportunities in NYC or LA depending on availability)

Overall Responsibilities:
- Helping circulate a bi-weekly socials trends report to the company and artist teams
- Helping ideate and build creative marketing campaigns and content strategies for each artist and their releases
- Helping ideate and research influencer strategy for each artist and their respective releases
- Helping manage and running our artist fan page accounts on TikTok and Instagram
- Helping the artists replicate content across artist socials - IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Spotify Clips
- Helping grow, ideate, and manage +1 Records’ presence on IG and other social media platforms

We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- Passion for music and the entertainment industry
- Experience in growing artists’ market and audience
- Strong knowledge of social media, influencers, and DSPs
- Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with many different departments/personalities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Internal drive to both complete assignments and go the extra mile to achieve results for our artists
