Paralegal / Contract Manager to join indie Record Label’s Business Affairs Team supporting the day-to-day operations, including working on: music business contracts, IP management, Record Company asset management, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with Intellectual property rights, music business agreements and Caribbean Music. This person should be able to understand and articulate business and legal positions related to the media and entertainment industry from start to finish, in a way that balances the business needs and risk mitigation while achieving business objectives of the company.
