Sales Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our sales and production operations. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, managing the quoting process to ensure accurate and timely pricing, and coordinating closely with the production team to initiate manufacturing once orders are confirmed. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing requests across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with existing and prospective clients to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to new and ongoing projects.
• Own and manage the quoting process from initial request through final delivery, ensuring all pricing is accurate, current, and aligned with company standards.
• Prepare and deliver quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with clients as needed to answer questions, provide clarifications, and support the sales process.
• Coordinate with the production team to communicate order details and initiate the manufacturing process once an order has been confirmed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client communications, quotes, and project statuses.
• Assist the accounting department with project kickoff.
• Assist with general sales administration and other related duties as needed.

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Part-time position with flexible hours (schedule to be determined).
• Compensation commensurate with experience.
