The Company currently house six diverse sub – labels spanning diverse genres like lofi, jazz, indie house, neo-classical, ambient, and kids’ music. As a company CAC continually seeks to collaborate with exceptional artists, with a goal to curate music that not only resonates but also uplifts. Beyond music, CAC amplifies artistry through our in-house visual studio, podcast production arm, and CAC Music Publishing, delivering content that complements the rhythms of modern life. With over 21,000 tracks, with over 22 billion streams and counting, Calm and Collected is more than a label—it’s a hub for creativity, wellness, and inspiration.
Position Summary
The Company is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join on an hourly basis to support content creation, video editing, and social media management efforts. This opportunity is ideal for a Premier Pro savvy recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in content creation to support digital media, music, and creative marketing.
The role is based in NYC and will report to the Founders.

Competitive salary, incentive and benefits will be offered, commensurate with the role and the final hire’s experience. Depending on the job relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, network and location of the final hire, the base salary is anticipated in the range of $22 to $25 an hour.

- Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro. Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
- Ensure that created and edited content meets the goals of advertising and ad buys on social media.
- Support general content planning and management.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Interest or experience in the entertainment industry.
- Degree in video editing or comparable field of study.
- High proficiency in video editing, coloring, and stabilizing, especially using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience developing content for use to promote music on social media platforms.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Compensation
