Communication Manager - Kitsuné Musique

Under the Label Manager and Event Manager’s supervisions, the Communication Manager of Kitsuné Musique will develop the communication strategy and implement the international communication of the releases of our artists (Parcels, Pat Lok, and more), our compilations and our singles; and the events of Kitsuné Musique such as the Kitsuné Afterwork, Kitsuné Club Night and more.

Communication Strategy
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies (website, social media, newsletters, press, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate the communication schedule
• Manage and coordinate the communication budget
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials
• Market analysis: strategic research, tendencies
• Prepare detailed communication activity reports (media, social media, newsletters, etc.)

Digital
• Social Media, in collaboration with the Social Media team:
o Develop and implement the social media strategy
o Supervise the social media activity (release of a compilation, Facebook events, etc.)
• Newsletters, in collaboration with the CRM Manager:
o Create informative and interesting newsletters
o Coordinate the newsletters (text, content, etc.)

Press
• Create informative and interesting press releases and press kits
• Manage the public relation international teams of Kitsuné Musique
• Handle the public relations with medias and journalists in France
• Develop and implement media partnerships in France
• Greet Kitsuné Musique’s VIPs during the events

Special Projects
• Participate in the development and implementation of the communication strategy of Kitsuné’s transverse projects between Maison Kitsuné, Café Kitsuné and Kitsuné Musique in collaboration with Maison Kitsuné’s Communication Director.


Profile & Requirements
• You are passionate about music
• You are dynamic and creative, and have excellent organizational abilities
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong knowledge of the Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of online tools and social medias (WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
