eCommerce Sales

Provide frontline communication, interaction and marketing advocate for AMPED labels. Support our fast-growing relationship with major online retailers along with developing DTU and other Internet based platform revenue.

Core Responsibilities:

Create and distribute weekly sales reports from major online retailers to our labels and AMPED
Handle time sensitive data fixes, oversee weekly online retailer process to address/correct buy box and data errors and address bad twist/removal requests
Propose, Set-up and Manage campaigns (including creative briefs, loading campaigns and follow up with art files, video loads, etc.
SKU level research: open PO’s, vendor code assignment; demand reports; inventory health reports; marketplace seller issues; cost update loads
Image loads (primary, primary replacements, pack shots), video loads at retail sites
Do weekly data audits for key web sites new releases.
Follow up on weekly audits by providing rich data content for the store merchants to upload
Key ecommerce checks for announce date set ups and consequential follows for all key announce dates

Preferred Knowledge:
Expert in excel and office applications
Strong music and product knowledge
Strong communication skills, very detailed oriented
Understanding of basic music distribution landscape
Fast adaption to new applications and systems; tech-minded
Knowledge of major online retailer systems a plus
