Executive Assistant / Office Manager

DIM MAK, the record label & music lifestyle brand founded by Steve Aoki, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team. Candidates should have knowledge of the Dim Mak brand, as well as of the electronic music community as a whole.

Responsibilities:
- Assistant duties for the President of Dim Mak
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management/maintenance
- Fielding inquiries and correspondence
- Book travel and accommodations
- Expense management
- Office Management
- Oversee the overall operations and efficiency of the office
- Oversee office maintenance, communicate with outside vendors
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies
- Supply/food budgeting and expensing
- Maintain office organization and overall cleanliness
- Oversee employee and intern HR & onboarding
- Oversee intern hiring, interviewing, scheduling, and management
- Book staff travel accommodations
- Front Desk / Reception
- Answer phones and roll/transfer calls
- Field and direct inquiries appropriately
- Greet visitors and field visitation inquiries

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Extremely organized
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- High proficiency in google docs, google sheets, google drive, dropbox
- Experience using project management systems/applications is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive/classified information is a must
- 1-3 years music industry (or similar) experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be LA-based
