The Marketing Coordinator supports Songtrust’s Marketing team in the execution of strategies that drive the growth of our clients and brand.

What you will do:

Be a voracious consumer of music-related content, and actively identify content to leverage for promotional use
Manage all activities related to our content program, including idea generation, research, and communication with internal and external writers
Plan and execute social media campaigns and manage all activity on our platforms (Instagram / Twitter / LinkedIn / Facebook / YouTube)
Actively manage the department’s collection of brand and creative assets, including asset development and tracking across various marketing campaigns
Draft impactful copy for marketing communications, including e-books, one-sheets, newsletters, social media posts, and blog posts
Design collateral for online and offline channels, including our website, social media, webinars and live events
Bridge data from various sources to help us better understand our prospects and clients
Contribute to planning and execution of activation events at select industry events
Work closely with partner departments, including Sales, Business Development and Operations, to ensure accuracy and consistency in the communication of Songtrust messaging

You are/have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good eye for design
Social media savvy (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) - content generation and engagement
Data-driven, with the ability to create metrics, perform KPI analysis, and generate reports and dashboards for management
Passionate about disrupting an industry and building a loyal client base
Technical proficiency:

Adobe Creative Suite and similar design tools (e.g. Canva)
HTML/CSS skills + ability to do beautiful things in with a WYSIWYG editor when needed
MS Office / Google Apps / G-Suite
Familiarity with the Digital Media landscape and with key AdTech tools and concepts
Presentation skills: Slides, Powerpoint, Keynote
Bonus points for:

2+ years of marketing experience for a SaaS, agency with relevant clients, or transactional service company, ideally from within a fast growing company or division
Familiarity with Hubspot (which we love), or other marketing automation and CRM platforms
Experience shooting and editing video
