Qobuz is an HD music streaming and download service that caters to audio enthusiasts and music connoisseurs.
The company is based in France. Having just launched in the US in Feb 2019, we are in a startup environment, with constantly evolving projects and an all-hands-on-deck mentality. Our US office is in Manhattan and this role is based there.
Reporting to the Managing Director USA, overseeing Music Marketing Coordinator.
3-5 years minimum experience in a music-related position with strong online marketing background.
Everyday contact with multiple departments at the home office in Paris.
Build effective but flexible workflows in a remote, multi-lingual collaboration environment.
Main areas of responsibility:
Acquisition - work alongside the acquisition team to plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including programmatic, search and social.
CRM - work with CRM team to devise a successful strategy including customer and partner newsletters, onboarding emails, in-app notifications and others. Use Selligent and other technology tools to deliver, track and continually improve campaigns.
Social Media - maintain strategic social media posting plan for Qobuz USA across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Work with customer service to address direct messages. Develop social media content and campaign ideas and oversee execution.
Evaluate and measure results of efforts in these three main areas. Use tools including Google Analytics, Looker, and Mixpanel.
Support business development team with partner relations including marketing program management and facilitating online and offline co-promotions
Act as a primary point of contact for outside agencies.
Help create and manage marketing assets including graphics and video.
Use business software including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite
