Office Administrator

Tuff City Records needs an office administrator who can manage our staff and take care of top-level company tasks. We have a small staff of not more than 10 people at any given time, but we are very busy with deals and projects to keep us at the forefront of the industry. Here are the main expectations for this position:

- Project/team management
- Answering phone-calls
- Personal assistance to our owner
- Hiring and HR
- Managing office policy and procedure

Required Skills:

- At least one year of office administrative experience is an
absolute prerequisite
- Excellent organization
- Ability to manage digital files
- Strong communication skills
- Punctuality
- Tech savvy

Helpful Skills/Attributes:

- Knowledge of the music industry and intellectual property law
- Background in music appreciation or performance
