Applications are now open for on-site staff for A2IM SynchUp, A2IM’s west-coast flagship event focusing on synch licensing and digital capacity. These contractor positions are ideal for those who are passionate about the music industry.

Date: October 30, 2019
Location: Annenberg Community Beach House (Santa Monica, CA)

Role Responsibilities

Overseeing the technical setup of sessions
Assisting and greeting guests and speakers
Assisting with attendee check-in
Assisting vendors and guests with conference needs
Adhering to event timeline
Providing an array of assistance to attendees and speakers
Supporting sponsor and partner activations
Helping to create a seamless conference experience for the attendees

All candidates must:

Be able to work on-site all day October 30, starting no earlier than 7 am and no later than 9 pm
Have a positive attitude and be flexible when it comes to types of tasks
Enjoy working as part of a team
Take direction well and be able to retain information
Have prior experience in events and event production (preferred, but not required)
Must be legally able to work in the United States
Have patience, good humor, and enthusiasm
