EmmaJava Recordings

Bio

Emma Java Recordings is the record company for Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers. Roger Clyne has been a professional touring artist for over 30 years starting with his first band, The Refreshments. He put out two albums as The Refreshments with what used to be Mercury Records. After issues with 2 of the four bandmates, Roger re-tooled with his drummer, re-named the band and has been an independent artist ever since. He is currently putting out his 10th studio album in a few months in cooperation with Soundly Music. The Refreshments moniker is owned by Roger and he sells merchandise and continues to play those songs at his live shows as Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers. The bulk of revenue from his music via ASCAP comes from his song that is the intro to the King of the Hill cartoon recorded during The Refreshments tenure.
