Telefono is an independent label launched in 2021. It started with limited releases from indie rock acts and then went on hiatus between 2023 and 2025 while founder (Ross) went to grad school. Now, Ross is back in the saddle and growing quickly. Telefono has grown through careful acquisitions and new catalog partnerships. Our thesis is to identify fantastic, older indie records that we feel deserve more attention and effort.
